Sweatshop ('Burakku kigyo' in Japanese) rank and concrete example (in case of Japan)

Based on the experience of the field when I worked at the factory, I tried to divide the sweatshop rank into three stages (not everything was happening in the company I was).
Please refer to (I am sorry if I am wrong because I use translation software).
[Black] (It is better to retire earlier even if the next job is not decided)
· Overtime work over 80 hours
· No overtime fee is paid at all
· Holiday work: 5-8 days per month (unpaid labor)
· Annual holiday less than 100 days
· Although it is full time, it is not in social insurance
· Newly hired employees quit more than half in a year
· Taking to a remote place by training of a prospective fellow and newly hired employees,
Make work that is not related to work (brainwashing)
· It is abused in front of a lot of employees, such as morning meeting (public execution)
· Overnight, last train is a matter of course
· Part of the salary is not paid or is delayed by more than one month
· If you do a violation in the employment rules, you will be deducted from your salary without permission
· You can not rest at your funeral or wedding ceremony
【Red】 (level to change career)
· Monthly overtime: over 65 hours

· The boss encounters a place to abuse his seniors
· Training is called OJT and it is made into immediate fighting force at the work site
· Management team organized for sports
· Broken machines are not repaired, productivity is falling
· There is a person buying fixtures on your own (not stationery, but thousands of yen)
· The boss forces long hours of labor in concrete time
· The President is the Naked King
· Illness · If I get injured I am demoted
· Payment is delayed

· Bonus less than 2 months a year (Tokyo standard)
· Officers privatize company cars
· Transportation expenses are not paid at all
· Employee dormitories and housing allowances are not paid at all (except for parents)
· The cost of relocation with relocation is not assisted
· There are benefits / welfare facilities created by management's preference
· There are machines / equipment not used for more than 1 year
· I bought it but I do not know how to use it or because someone who can use it has quit
